 When we wanted to add a go-kart track to Parque Plaza Sesamo we hired Paul L. Zellar of Zellar Consulting, LLC to design it for us and advise us on all the equipment and procedures required for its operation.  We are very pleased with the design and support services Paul has given us throughout the construction of our track.  Since our staff had no experience in how to operate a go-kart track, Paul supplied us with a Standard Operating Procedures Manual and trained our staff shortly after the track opened.  We are very pleased with the way the track operates as a well designed, fun track for our guests, and our staff is now running it safely and efficiently.  Paul supported and guided us before, during, and after construction was completed with his knowledge of the go-kart business.  Parque Plaza Sesamo considers this to be a very successful addition to our park that will be enjoyed by our guests for years to come.

    I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Paul Zellar since January, 1993 and have found him to be not only very knowledgeable but also very professional in all of our dealings.

    Marlin Entertainment, Inc. contracted with Mountasia Entertainment International, Inc. for the development and construction of two Family Entertainment Centers in the Houston metropolitan area.  As Manager of Engineering & Design, Paul was very instrumental to the successful completion of both projects.  Not only did he plan and develop the layout of both sites, but he also secured all of the permits and oversaw the actual construction process.  Without his assistance I am confidant that we would have expended considerably more than the $7.0 million which both projects cost.
